26th Nov 23, our house caught on fire. We only have the clothes on our backs left. Its me, and my 3 sons aged 13, 11, 9.
Unfortunately my insurance will not cover everything we have lost.
I don't know what else to put, its quite raw at the moment. Am trying to claim insurance, but there's been a technical hiccup so far.
Use of funds
Everything household wise, fuel to take boys to school from emergency accom, etc

Reality is hitting home 27 December 2023
Well xmas is over, and for the first time since the fire, I have all 3 boys sleeping under the same roof as me (mr 13 didnt want to stay here). Reality is hitting hard... we are homeless, finding a rental is hard, and I long for oven cooked food 😅 Motel life is hard, but at least it's somewhere to sleep.
