Help the victim of a terrible house fire who lost everyting they own
Please help Zack after he lost everything he owned in a house fire in Holloway Road on the 5th of April

In the early hours of the 5th of April my rental property in Holloway road burned down. Thankfully nobody was injured but while my tenant Zack escaped the fire without injury I am really worried about him, at the time of the fire he had no insurance and has literally lost everything he owned except for the boxer shorts and dressing gown he was sleeping in. As a young guy and a chippie by trade the biggest problem he faces is that all of his tools were lost in the fire. I have setup this givealittle page to hopefully collect enough donations to purchase him some of the basics that he will need to get his life back together, specifically the trade tools he lost in the fire. The guy is in such a bind and doesn't deserve the raw deal life has just dealt him,. Possessions can be replaced, people cannot.

I was the landlord and owner of the house that Zack was renting which burned down. I have actually known Zack since I met him at school and we have been friends for a very long time.
Use of funds
These funds will be used to purchase some of the basic items that he lost in the fire, specifically his trade tools so that Zack can return to work and begin the process of rebuilding his life. Zack does not have insurance.
