Auckland
‘Fix Up, Look Sharp’ is celebrating over 10 years' service to the greater Auckland region! Help us meet our ambitious goal of fundraising $10,000 to ensure we can continue our mahi.
Our mission is as relevant today as it has ever been:
“Supporting men looking for work and in particular providing dress and confidence to assist in the job interview process.“
We achieve this through providing a free styling appointment and clothing that is relevant to the clients interview - we also support those that may have an important meeting or significant life event.
We endeavour to build confidence and value within our clients, so that they can put their best foot forward for any interview or meeting in a professional setting and meet the standard required to succeed.
‘Fix Up, Look Sharp’ acquires its clients through Work and Income, employment programmes, community organisations, mental health providers and word of mouth of clients.
The service is run by an experienced stylist and job seeking professionals who are motivated and passionate about male identified tāngata looking good and feeling good about their job readiness and making a positive first impression at an important life event.
Fix Up Look Sharp is a not for profit charity that gives Auckland male identifying tāngata a fresh perspective through a personal styling experience.
Financial support from our donors ensures we can continue to offer our services to men seeking employment. Your financial contribution will generate tremendous benefits not just for the men we serve and their families, but also for your community.

Testimonial from Carlos - Into Employment!!
I looked sharp for all my interviews and got 2 offers on the same day. You helped me get there and am proud to work for a place called Manawanui as a Customer Experience Consultant. I'll be helping people with disabilities get the most out of their funding, and thats the flow on effect of your work. Thanks again, Jane!
Thanks, Andrew. Appreciate the support!
