Helping men move from interview day to their first pay cheque - with the clothing, shoes, and mentorship to succeed in work.
Auckland
At Fix Up, Look Sharp, we help male identifying people into employment by making sure they show up confident, prepared, and job-ready.
But we’ve learned something important over the years: getting the job is only half the battle.
The first weeks of work can be tough - new routines, pressure to perform, transport costs, establishing yourself into a new work community and the quiet stress of trying not to mess it up. That’s why we’re launching a new mentorship programme, to support men not just into work, but through it.
Your donation will help provide interview-ready clothing and shoes, work-appropriate outfits for the first days on the job, and one-to-one mentor support during the critical early weeks of employment.
This means practical support and someone in their corner - helping build confidence, accountability, and long-term employment success.
Clothes can help someone get the job. Support helps them keep it.
By backing this campaign, you’re not just donating items - you’re helping someone move from interview day to their first pay cheque, and beyond.
How your support helps:
- $50 helps prepare someone for an interview
- $235 provides a full outfit and essential footwear
- $300 supports a man with clothing and mentoring as he starts work
Amounts reflect the real cost of clothing, footwear, mentoring, and programme delivery.
Thank you for supporting Fix Up, Look Sharp and believing that employment changes lives - especially when people don’t have to do it alone.
