Abbeyfield Waimakariri Flatting for seniors

Waimakariri District Council is currently working through a consultation process which we hope will enable us to confirm a leased site on Kingsbury Ave., Rangiora.

We have received artist impressions of the planned house and want to share them with you.

It will have very attractive street appeal in the established neighbourhood and the floorplan shows just how practical the home will be:14 ensuite studios with internal and external access, a laundry in each of the two wings, a meeting room, kitchen, large pantry, combined communal dining-living room, storage room and an office.
