Folley Farm Animal Sanctuary

It is with a very heavy heart to tell you all that our special courageous wee boy has left this world and is with the angels. He was doing so well, and everyone was so pleased with his progress, all the more so bittersweet and harder to bear as overnight things changed drastically and he inflicted a wound so great that the vets were left puzzled to know where to begin to try and fix this one and on top of this, the wound was infected. For the first time during his care Brom was showing signs of distress, pain and depression, he had had enough and was suffering. His vet and specialist had called time but ultimately the decision laid on my shoulders. Dear Brom, how hard it was for me to make the decision to say goodbye, But I had to. We all had so much hope and had came to believe that it was going to be okay for you, that life was going to be better - but the universe had other plans for you my love and the best gift I could now give was to release you from your pain and suffering. But know you are loved and deeply missed and will not be forgotten. Rest In Pease sweet Brom ❤
