For our Tasha xx

In January 2024, at just 25 years old, Tasha was diagnosed with an extremely rare and aggressive form of Ovarian cancer. After 2 major surgeries to remove the cancer and 6 rounds of chemotherapy (the last round being on August 16th) the cancer has already come back. Tasha’s doctors have been consulting with specialists overseas and they are trying to come up with possible treatment options as surgery is no longer possible.

We are setting up this givealittle to fund Avastin as a treatment option which is not funded by the NZ government and therefore has to be self-funded and is very costly. Also, Tasha’s husband Jayden is not able to work as he is caring for her full time. All donations will be put towards funding treatment and supporting Tasha and Jayden financially during this already difficult time.

For those of us who know Tasha dearly, she is funny, spirited, but also caring, loyal and kind hearted - she cares deeply for her loved ones. I hope to raise funds to support her and her family in this time and any amount is appreciated. Xx
