Hi, we are brothers Kurt and Brandon Ford and have recently been selected to play for the New Zealand Junior Black Sticks Hockey team. This involves test matches against the Japan and Australia Junior sides on the Gold Coast over 5 days, in January 2016. We have been putting away money for this tour however the tournament and training costs involved are substantial and are all self funded. We live in Brisbane however we still need to pay the tournament cost and the recent training camp which was held in North Harbour. This is a great opportunity for us to represent New Zealand Hockey and is a goal we have been working towards for a long time. Any donations would be greatly be appreciated and would help lift the burden of the costs involved, Thank you.

2% Effective Fee
On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Because most donors choose to top up their donation to cover this fee, the effective cost paid by fundraisers is about 2%. That means around 98 cents of every dollar raised goes to the cause.
