The North Shore Branch of Forest & Bird is one of the largest branches Of (by members) in the country, North Shore branch covers roughly the area of the old North Shore City. Our main project is the restoration of Tuff Crater Reserve - Te Kopua o Matakamokamo. Funds from our Givealittle page will go towards various Projects we are working on in the North Shore. The North Shore Branch meets monthly, on the first Monday of each month at the Senior Citizens Hall to the right of the front entrance of Takapuna Library at 7.30pm. We have regular items like the Good, the Bad and the Beautiful (native, weed and moth of the month) followed by a guest speaker and round up with a chat over supper. You're welcome to attend.
