Help Freddy get through a rough time

Freddy is an amazing woman, a tremendous friend to so many people, and an incredible example of strength and resilience. She's a talented writer, an animal lover, and a committed student of nursing. Freddy has found a vocation in that most challenging area; dementia and Alzheimer's care.

Invariably, when things go wrong, they *all* go wrong. Recently Freddy has lost her beloved companion, Chevy, and now her car has broken down. Add these stressors to a life full of assignments and shiftwork, in a city where the cost of living is skyhigh, and things are getting overwhelming.

Donations will be going towards fixing and maintaining Freddy's car which is vital for her to reach both her job and her tertiary institution. It will also be helping with rent, bills, and groceries at a time when unexpected expenses like vet bills and car problems have played havoc with her budget.

We would like to offer Freddy a helping hand. She has been a generous and supportive friend to so many, and this is an opportunity to give a little back.
