Kia ora e te whānau
We are wanting to raise pūtea (money) to put towards art supplies for our community mural project. This will promote visibility and create awareness for the genocide and ongoing occupation of Palestine.
This is an opportunity to also show Kotahitanga (Solidarity/unity) for our local Palestinian whānau and for their supporters to continue to stay strong (Kia Kaha!) in the fight against colonization, capitalism and fascism.
This is a positive representation of our Free Palestine Kaupapa and a peaceful way to protest for the freedom and human rights of Palestinians. We need to continue to find ways to continue to speak up and stand up for Palestine until Palestine is free from genocide and occupation. Arohanui x

Ngā mihi nui for all your awhi & tautoko! We have reached the target so I will be in contact via the Dunedin for Palestine Facebook page with a post in regards to the next steps. I will put out a panui for a hui of any interested people who would like to participate in creating the mural.
