Jakes FTM Top Surgery

Kia Ora,

I am a 22 year old trans male, I’ve been transitioning since i was 16. As i came out years ago we didn’t have any surgeons here in nz that were qualified to do any kind of top surgery but recently we now have three, one based in a close proximity to me. I’ve had a consultation and have 6 months to raise the funds to proceed with top surgery, as i am a solo dad and on the benefit this makes it a lot harder to save towards my goal in time. I’ve struggled with my chest a lot over the years to the point i’ve almost tried getting rid of them myself, but i remind myself that would cause more harm than good. i don’t like asking or receiving money from others i prefer to give, so this was hard for me to do. however i can’t even come close to my goal alone, i know it’s a lot but i only ask that if you chose to donate don’t cut yourself short of anything. any and all amounts go a long way, like i always say “every cent counts”. so thank you in advance if you shall chose to donate. i hope you have a blessed day and remember to keep breathing❤️
