Fulfil Our Mum's Last Wishes - Terminal Cancer

When you think of your mum, you always think she will be around forever. Around to see you graduate, get married, to see you have kids, hold your hand through the good times and the bad. No one thinks they will inevitably lose their mum at the young age of 53.

Our beautiful and selfless mum Pauline Dukes was diagnosed with stage 4 terminal cancer on the 18th of April 2020. The cancer has spread from her gall bladder, to the liver, pancreas and stomach. Doctors estimate she has 6 months left.

Pauline leaves behind 5 children;

Jessica Dukes (31 yrs) - With 2 kids, Sophie (8 yrs) & Eleanor (1yrs)

Jonathan Dukes (28 yrs) - With 2 kids, Penelope (4 yrs) & Jaxson (2 months)

Carl Dukes (23 yrs)

Sarah Dukes (21 yrs)

Laura Dukes (19 yrs)

Pauline devoted her entire life to her children and grandchildren and wishes nothing more than to spend the little time she has left enjoying her last days with her family.

Unfortunately, with the youngest kids studying full time and the oldest left financially unstable due to COVID-19, we are unable to completely fund our mum's last wishes. We are asking for help from anyone who knows or has been impacted by Pauline to give as little or as much as you can to help us make her last days fun and memorable.

Funds raised will go towards trips around New Zealand to visit extended family (level 2 or 1 permitting), groceries and clothing to keep mum comfortable & funds towards giving mum the final sendoff she deserves.
