Raising money for AIMS Games in Tauranga
Royal Oak, Auckland
Royal Oak Intermediate are sending their largest team of students ever to the AIMS Games in Tauranga in September this year. They will be competing schools from all over NZ in multiple sports. To help with the considerable costs of attending these games we are organsing a Fun Run to raise money. The plan is to get most students attending the games to complete a circuit of Cornwall Park including an attempt on the summit. This will be a run/walk at students own pace and will also be training for the sports events. Please donate to support these students and help them get to the AIMS game in September. Thank you for your help!
Royal Oak Intermediate School (ROI) is a Year 7 and 8 school that has been operating since 1943 in Royal Oak, Auckland.
The money will go towards costs for attending the AIMS Games. This includes travel, accommodation, food, rentals and equipment.
The money will offset the amount each student will have to pay.
Thanks for getting kids to AIMS 12 September 2022
Thanks so much for all your support. The AIMS Games in Tauranga were last week and the 58 students from ROI had a great time. Everyone gave it thier best and came back exhausted but had such a great experience. Thanks for your support, it really made a difference.
