Help us to get to our National and International Karate Tournaments in 2017
We are asking once again for your support to help us get to our International tournaments for Karate in Croatia and Spain 2017.
Northland
Due to hard work and dedication to their chosen sport of Karate both Teuarangi and Kingiteahuahu Tana have been selected to represent New Zealand in Croatia 2017.
Other National tournaments upcoming are the Northland Open in May, Wellington Nationals and Karate NZ training camp in July.
As Karate NZ does not cover or subsidise athletes with costs of these trips we are looking for any monetary sponsorship from businesses, organisations, community, family and friends.

As a parent I want my kids to make the most of every opportunity that comes their way especially in the world of Karate. National and International tournaments and training camps are a major part in their development and will aid in their goals of making it to the Olympic Games.
Use of funds
Funds raised will be used to assist in costs for airfares, accommodation and travel from NZ to Croatia for the Junior World Karate Championship and Youth Camp. There is also a chance that Teuarangi will be going to the Senior World Karate Championship in Spain, October 2017.
