My name is David Kang, and I am 15 years old. I started climbing in 2023 and quickly discovered a passion for speed climbing. Since then, I have been training hard and pushing myself to improve every day.

I am honoured to have been invited to represent New Zealand at the Youth World Climbing Championships in Arco, Italy. Competing on the world stage is an incredible opportunity, but the costs of travelling and competing internationally are expensive I would greatly appreciate any support towards helping make this trip possible.
