Fundraiser to help Tin’s family

Hello, PhD students and lecturers of the school of hospitality and tourism, this is an individual fundraiser for our peer and friend, Van Tin Doan. In October 2020, floods and landslides hit Vietnam, Tin’s family is one of the many families who have been suffered from this disaster. Tin has sadly lost one of his dearest family members, and the house where his parents are living is damaged badly. Because of the lockdown, Tin cannot go back home and support his family. Tin is in need of financial help.

We are kindly asking for your support to help Tin's family cope with this loss and getting back on their feet again. The donation will be used for Tin's family to buy essentials, fix the property and cover the medical fees for Tin's mum.

The closing date of the donation is 21st December. You are able to choose to reveal or hide your donation name and amount from public view on this page when you make a donation. A donation receipt will be sent through email. You can check the total donation using this link at any time. All the donation funds collected will be directly deposited to Tin's account by the closing date.
