Nelson electrician, Zimbabwe mission

My name is Craig Maxwell. I'm a registered electrician in Nelson, New Zealand. I'm married to my beautiful wife Vicki and we have three amazing children.

I have the opportunity through Annesbrook Church, Nelson to head to Zimbabwe for three weeks to donate my labour and time, installing water pumps and solar power in orphanages and rural areas. We go this July.

I've always had a heart to do missions work overseas but with a young family and a full time job it hasn't always been the right timing. Last month God put it on my heart to do this missions trip. My wife, family and work are fully supportive of me.

The church is providing the electrical gear so the fundraising goes towards flights, accommodation and food. Any money raised over this amount will be donated back to the church.

In past trips there has only been one electrician but due to me going there will be two which means at least twice the amount achieved.
