Funds will pay for either the cremation or for expenses to get Graham to his sister, anything extra will go to his sister who is elderly.

Graham Edward Mc Cready died suddenly on or around the 27th of May 2024 in his sleep after a massive Stroke. He did not have funeral insurance or enough funds to deal with his earthly remains.

Graham helped 1000's of people with his generous spirit. Computers for Schools, computers for those in need, tax help, accounting help, and his friendship.

It's the least we can do to pay it forward and give him a great send off.

As his "next of kin" I am happy to organise a funeral or cremation but I can not afford to pay for it. Graham is booked in to be cremated in Auckland on Monday. The Quote is $3100. I still need to go to Auckland on Saturday to empty his flat then we will drive to take things to his sister. It all posts money for gas extra. If Winz pays for his cremation the money raised here will go to his sister and brother for a memorial service.

I have been his friend since 2012 when he sponsored my child to go to a Girl Guide Jamboree. He has been like an Uncle to us since. He has stayed with us for short periods and I have helped him find accommodation. We will miss him deeply.

Use of funds

Funeral costs. Transport. Petrol to drive to Auckland and back to clean out Graham's flat.

Graham has been cremated and is in Hamilton at our house. We will take him to his sister in Carterton in the Spring.

I miss "G" very much. The cremation was $3100.

I'm hoping WINZ will help but I still need the donated funds to drive from Hamilton to Carterton ... and back.
