    I just want to say a massive thank you again to everyone who has donated to me and the family over the last six months.

    I am so humbled by all your support.

    I have some money aside still but have also been able to pay for extra tests that public system doesn't cover, pay for supplements to support my body and to recover from chemo.

    I'm mostly fine these days I just have some long term medication to cost.

    Although cancer sucks it has taught me a lot and I am healthier than ever before. From my family to yours thank you, bless you and have a wonderful Christmas

  • Chemos all go

    Apologies for the lack of update.

    I've done one round of chemo and it's gone really well side effects wise thankfully.

    I'm having round two today which is great, I'm at the place where I just want them to happen now.

    Thank you again for all your support. Also thanks to all those who donated via Rachel after she shaved her head to raise funds 💕.

    I've now lost most my head hair which is different but enjoying the change in appearance.

    I've got an appointment with a dietitian to run tests on how I metabolise food and how my hormones are working. I need to lower estrogen as that's my cancers main driver so thankful for all your donations that mean I can find this. I've also run out of funded physio sessions so need to pay for my own with your help as I have significant cording in my left arm.

    I start chemo in 5 days and I'm pretty scared but I feel supported so know it will work out well.

    I just like to personally thank everyone who has donated to Gena from the bottom of my heart, it is so appreciated.

    Gena starts chemo on June 30 so as you can imagine she is starting to get apprehensive and stressed about it. Gena is one of the strongest young women I know and I know this is just another bump along the way in her lifes journey. With the support from her family and friends she will get through this hurdle and be all the more stronger for it. Gena is a beautiful, courageous young woman who I love dearly so once again I thank ever and ask if you can please keep sharing her give a little page.
