George is currently in Chch hospital with a fractured vertabrae,the result of a tradgic accident. The thought of the unknown road ahead for George and his family can be quite a strain. Being in another town away from home can put a lot of pressure on a family, especially with the road being closed from the eqs making a 3 hr trip from there home now 8plus.... We all wish George and his family the best outcome and the shortest road to recovery possible.

I'm involved as a family friend our kids have gone threw primary and college together. We are an awesome small community that pull together when times get tough.. Having personally been away in another hospital twice with 2 prem babies I know how hard and stressful the journey can be. And if we as a community can help out to lighten the load. Let's do this for this beautiful family
Use of funds
The use of any funds raised will be spent on how the family choose to spend it. Whether it be food, accommodation, travel, bills or a cold beer at the end of the day, this situation they are in is a tough one and any support they need hopefully these funds will lighten the load
