Bailey has been selected as part of a New Zealand Para Swimming Team travelling to Brisbane to compete in the Virtus Oceania Asia Games in November 2022. These Games are known globally as one of the largest events for athletes with an intellectual impairment. He needs your help to get him there. Please help him realise his dream to compete for New Zealand.

Bailey is a swimmer with great potential in swimming, as a 16 year old, he holds 2 Open New Zealand Para records (1 long course and 1 short course) and 4 New Zealand Para Age Records (3 short course and 1 long course). Bailey is an ambassador for the sport and is dedicated to achieving the best results possible.

Competing at this Virtus event will expose Bailey to a competitive environment against other Para Swimmers of a similar level. It is also a great reward for Bailey.

Bailey Shines at 2022 Apollo Projects National Short Course Champs  30 August 2022

Bailey came away with 2 S14 NZ 16/U Records and an S14 NZ Open Record at the 2022 Apollo Projects National Short Course Champs last week. Personal best times in all of his races proving he is ready for action in Brisbane. We still need your help to get him there so please share his page far and wide.
