Get Fiona to her family reunion... despite being scammed out of her savings.

Fiona was scammed out of her $1000 plus savings! Fiona, helped by her Idea Services support worker, had saved enough to get to a family reunion in Christchurch and visit her Mum in Invercargill. Then she was scammed! This came to light when Fiona and I went to book her tickets early in October. Fiona's Mum is in a rest home in Invercargill and Fiona visited her last December (I organised this). Fiona saved money to cover flights and stayed with a lovely lady who took good care of her including emotional support, accommodation, transport, and food. Her aunties in Christchurch have invited Fiona to a family reunion in Christchurch on 28 Jan 2023 so the plan is to combine this with a trip to visit her Mum in Invercargill. Because flight prices keep going up Fiona will need about $1500 for flights and accommodation.
