Get Jason Going!

At the 2023 Christchurch Marathon, I ran a massive 10k PB. I did not achieve this without help. Along the way, I was guided, shielded and encouraged by an amazing bunch of runners. Amongst these fine folk, Jason Wilcock was particularly selfless. In helping to get me to the finish line in a good time may have affected his own performance. He had a goal for the race but missed it. Now it's my turn to help his goal. I hope to help Jason achieve this goal in the upcoming Gold Coast Marathon (Half Marathon) this July. The cost of this is a big deal for a father and husband with a lot of family commitments. But I want to help him and I ask that you help him, as he has helped me and sooo many other runners, of all ages, for many years. I am starting this fundraising to see an amazing role model give it a go at achieving a worthy goal, for himself and for many of us in the running community who look up to him as our role model.
