Precious emotional-support animal hit by unapologetic automobile. Funds needed to pay for final oral surgery to prevent infection.
Canterbury
Our baby Luna was involved in tragic and traumatising (for the cat and owners alike) hit-and-run last year which left her with internal injuries which involved extensive surgeries! These were paid for at the time but she is still in need of a dental surgery to have a damaged tooth removed as it's on the verge of infection.
Luna's owner Lucy has since started studying, and without steady income would appreciate any assistance with caring for Luna!
These funds would go directly to paying for the surgery and related costs, which have been quoted to be up to $500. This can depend on the time it takes in surgery to remove the tooth, but also includes medications, anaesthetic, stitches, and lots of other terrifying things you don't really want to stick in your 3kg fur baby.
I'm Lucy's cousin and cousin-cat owner
These funds will go to Luna's vet bills at VetCall Animal Hospital in Christchurch (The Vets Your Pet Would Call)
