Hey everyone. WOW! It is without doubt a very humbling experience for Ryan to have so many people care about his journey to the CrossFit Games. A massive thanks to everyone who has contributed and donated. We are making good progress.
Thought we would give you an update on the three ways you can directly help Ryan.
1. Donate - of course so many of you have already and the sad fact is that dollars will make all the difference. In the current environment, the challenges around travelling with Covid19 include airfares of twice the normal price and a compulsory 2 week quarantine coming back into New Zealand that you pay for yourself means the cost of this trip is soooo much more than previously. So - every single dollar means so much to the success of this trip.
2. Sign up to McCarthy Training - Ryan hasn't got to where he is without learning a thing or two around training, nutrition, mindset and recovery. Ryan runs a small online business called McCarthy Training. If you are after something a little more from someone who is the proof behind the methodology, signing up and buying one of Ryan's programmes will help you both. Head to facebook or instagram and search for McCarthy Training. You wont regret it!
3. Share, share, share. We all know the power of networking and social media right? AND.....you just never know who is in your network who may be willing to do either of points 1 or 2! Please copy and share Ryan's give-a-little page link and spread the love.
Finally - thanks again - anyone who has donated to this page would have received a personal message from me as the page owner.
