My brother Tim just got married but was forced to leave his wife and come back to NZ - please help
Auckland
My wonderful brother Tim got married on the 12th May in Cypress (as he could not get married in Israel) and upon entry back into Israel he was detained in airport prison for several hours and forced to book flights back to NZ. The Israeli government was not clear on what they needed to do in order for him to enter again and have made them run around in circles. It could now take weeks or months to get the paperwork in order for him to get back to Israel (and back to his lovely wife Eli) and he was forced to leave with nothing (as Cypress was only a day trip he did not have any extra clothes, shoes or basic necessities that we all take for granted).
Please help my brother get back to his wife and to the nation that he loves. There could be no worse feeling than marrying your best friend and then having to leave them.
All funds will go to Tim to go towards his airfares back, immigration costs and being able to get basic needs (few changes of clothes etc) while he is in NZ
I appreciate all your love and support
I am involved because Tim is not only my brother but is the most kind, generous and caring people i know and he deserves a hand up at this difficult time. He has gone to Israel to serve their nation, he volunteers over there helping those who need some extra assistance so i think it is fitting that we do for him what he does so often for others.
