The CrossFit Games is a three stage competition to find the fittest man, woman and team in the world. Regionals is the 2nd stage of the competition. This is a battle for the fittest 48 men, 48 women and 30 teams in Australasia and is the pinnacle of the competition year for CrossFit athletes in the region.
