Love Packs for Starship and Community
Love Packs gives gift packs to Starship Auckland and Greenlane hospitals and in the community for Children and their Mums .
Auckland
Love Packs began in March 2015 giving gift packs to the children and their mums in Starship Hospital. Having experienced first hand the reality of having children in hospital I wanted to give back and came up with the idea of Love Packs to spread some Love and Joy to those going through difficult times. It has since spread to Auckland hospital with Mums and babies in various wards receiving packs and Midwives taking them into the community on their visits. Also receiving is Greenlane Hospital Totara Kids Ward and Dental/surgical for kids. Several causes in the community are also receiving Love Packs for mums and children. I fund Love Packs myself and also from any donations I receive. As I have two girls who have been patients with Starship over the past 7 yrs dealing with Cancer and Neurofibromatosis I wanted to support other families going through similar journeys .
As I am funding LovePacks myself I am seeking Donations so that I can purchase items for the Packs and continue to Spread The Love with LovePacks.
