Terry is in need of our help so he can recover and not have to stress about daily tasks and pushing himself too hard, causing more damage.

Terry is working hard to recover from his unexpected trip to Dunedin hospital, where here currently still is. His recovery is taking longer than he (we) had hoped and there has been more going on with the time it is taking for him to get back on his feet.
He has given so much to so many people over the years with no expectations or strings attached. Now he has to make a lot of changes in his house and in his life, which may include not being able to go back to work. In order to make these changes as painless (literally) as possible, we need to raise up some money so we can make everything ka pai for his return, whenever that may be.
It is only the start of a long road to recovery for our good friend Terry but it is our turn to look after him, be his shoulder to lean on and to show him we are all here to love and support him.
I am Josie, one (of many) of Terry's friends and I set this up to help give back to him after all of the people he has helped out so that he can live more comfortably once he has recovered.
The money will go towards work on his house so he doesn't have to push himself and risk his health to complete daily tasks like showering and getting to and from rooms. There is a lot of work that needs done so he can live in his home once recovered.
