Give Becky (Mahurangi Riding School) a breather !

Where to start ? I am also told there is a limit on how long this text can be, so will need to keep it short. Everyone reading this will know Becky somehow, and will agree that she is the most kind hearted person ever. She always puts others first, especially her horses. She will, without fail, offer a helping hand to anyone in need.

We joked around about starting one of these pages many times, but Becky isnt one to ask for help and she has always said it would make her feel uncomfortable setting one up. Today, I didnt give her a choice and did it for her.

If someone doesnt deserve the bad luck they get, its Becky.

Over the last couple of months, its definitely been a tough ride with the riding school horses. It has honestly been heartbreaking to watch and I have felt so helpless. There has been way too many vet visits. Becky would never jeopardize the health and happiness of the 13 horses she has in her care, which means money is as tight as it can be. She also has a gorgeous 6 months old baby boy. Between lockdowns, maternity leave, winter settling here in NZ (extra cost !) and all the small and not so small horse injuries, she just deserves a breather! Money does not buy happiness, but it sure helps take some stress away.

No amount is too small, please just help us help our dear friend and coach. She deserves the world.
