20 October 2025From Jackie:
Day 1 of AC today; started slow had to have bloods done as last Fridays neutrophils too low.
Finally got there with new bloods.
First up:
Keytruda , that little bag costs $9609 every 3 weeks , liquid gold. Not funded by government for stage 2 .
Followed by Doxorubicin ( red infusion, hence nickname red devil).
Followed by cyclophosphamide a slight cloudy infusion.
As usually all the staff were amazing !
So far just tiredness , let see what this new journey of 12 weeks bring.

The big chop
16 August 2025We all joined Jackie today for the big chop! Her sons also got in on the action. Next week is week 4 of treatment and cycle 2 of Keytruda ❤️
