Milty has done a full 360 and has returned to ICU. Hopefully it’s only for a day or 2 🙏🏾 We are grateful for your love, but I hope it’s ok that I ask if we can put his hospital visits on hold until he is back in the general surgical ward. Alofa tele 💜
It’s the beginning of Week 20 in the hospital! Milty has progressed from 5 ostomy bags to 3 now. The new tubes in the abdomen has proved a good move to help with healing. We have also found a rental! Fa’afetai Lava 🙏🏾 Alofa Tele 💜
Milty’s voice has not recovered from all of his operations, so we visited the ENT specialist today. We’ve progressed from travelling around the hospital in his bed to a wheelchair - WOOHOO! 🥳
Watching Milty’s medical team change the covering for his open abdomen was an overwhelming experience. Though Milty had the “green” whistle, the pain seemed horrendous.
