  • Grace Shaves Dad's Head For Cancer & Now We Are Twins

    Right at the beginning of this give a little page campaign I said that Grace asked me to shave all her hair off when it was falling out in chunks. I t was all going to fall out eventually, but she asked me to make her head look at least some what tidier. And then decided after walking Lucky our dog one day, that she would prefer it completely shaved off. I said yeas I would do it, but only on one condition . . . and that was at the end of the campaign, which is the end of November she was to shave all my hair off. Well did that today Sunday the 28th November as I won't see her on her birthday Monday the 29th as I have a big job on in the city.

    So I am posting those picture and one of me wearing one of her wigs, that makes me look more like a hippy ha ha! : )

  • Target is $10,000

    Thanking everyone who has donated for their valued support. As you can see we are well on our way and in the first month since the page was launched have raised 20% of the target. This is a huge achievement and have 5 more months to go before the page is closed.

  • Change in use of funds

    Funds will now be used for the below:

    1: If target reached.

    All funds would go to Grace to make her dreams come true.

    2: If more than enough is reached.

    Grace will be able to help others.

    3: If not enough money is raised.

    What ever money raised would still bring happiness to a girl going through so much.

    It goes into a joint account of Melanie and mine and will be added to the final total that Grace will receive when the page closes at the end of November.

    I thank everyone for the continued support and if you can share the page on social media to get the word out further. Grace would appreciate that. Big thanks to everyone.

  • Operation to remove tumor

    Grace had big operation yesterday. With most of the tumor removed. The surgeon said only a marginal amount is possible left. Thanks everyone who has donated. If you could share her give a little page that would be a big help.

    She starts Radiation treatment on the 6th of July and will go into hospital every day for a month.

    Who Chemo is still ongoing as well, as the cancer she has can come back if not treated properly. So she will receive ongoing treatment for at least a year.
