Tama and Ruawai Turei have been chosen to represent NZ to compete at the 2019 Pan Kids IBJJF Championships and they need your help.
Auckland
Tama (12yrs) and Ruawai (11yrs) have been chosen by Team DS BJJ - Ribeiro Jiu-Jitsu New Zealand to represent at the Pan Kids IBJJF (International Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation) in February 2019! Pan Kids IBJJ is one largest Jiu-Jitsu competitions in the world. The boys are going with one mission: to bring the Gold back to New Zealand in each respective division. Both boys have advanced in belts this year and are humble achievers. Their passionate work ethic and intense training schedule has ensured that they are ready to compete. Under the strict guidance of their professor Douglas Santos ( the first Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt in NZ) they are training around the clock 2-3 hours per day. This is a true testament to their commitment and dedication to compete and win!
Tama and Ruawai are fighting out of New Zealand but also representing their other home of Texas, USA. The Pan Kids IBJJF is an awesome opportunity for both boys to see the world of Jiu-Jitsu on a larger scale and fully realise their potential by competing against the best!
Any amount is greatly appreciated! All the money raised will be used for their Airfares, accommodation and Competition registrations. If they're fortunate enough to exceed the amount required this will be used towards new competition Gi (Jiu-Jitsu Uniforms) and training equipment.
Tama and Ruawai are truly thankful for all the love and support.
Both are my sons.
All the money raised will be used for airfare and accomodation for both Tama and Ruawai wither the target amount is reached or not.
