Graeme Everett's trike ride

    Well, it's been nearly 6 weeks since Graeme finished his big ride and we have been slowly settling back in to life with regular exercise regimes and speech practice.  Graeme is still biking heaps, and the bike continues to hold up!  The body is another story with a few sorer bits than before.  But Graeme is tough :)

    We have a few plans to celebrate Graeme's achievement, with a compilation clip being put together of the photos and video clips, amongst other things. We also want to thank all our supporters as it definitely was a team effort.

    Graeme is almost at the end after 22 days of cycling. He is feeling good, though rain might dampen his spirits today! Thanks for your support 😀

  • The West Coast

    Thanks for your support and interest so far!

    We have been on the west coast for about 10 days, with only a couple of days of rain so we are grateful for that. We head towards Bluff and expect to be there on Saturday 16th March.

    Today we cross the Cook Staight and head down the west coast if the south island. Nice to have a day of rest 😊

    It's day 8 already and we're in Palmerston North! Don't know where days 3 to 7 went...

    Tough day today being a bit closer to the state highways than was ideal.

    Really enjoyed the road to and from Jerusalem, alongside the Whanganui River.

    Have started on the ride and completed 2 days, which include part of 90 mile beach and a ferry crossing. Going really well 😊
