    Hi everyone

Our beautiful Lily had her stitches removed .

She has a couple of raw patches it was healing over really well but it must be itchy and irritating her as she has been trying to lick .

She is feeling well enough to now be able to head bang a cone off her head and she has now figured out how to flick and scratch a muzzle off.

I have to admit I cried today as I have been watching her like a hawk, sleeping in the lounge with her etc and it took less than 5 mins to get her muzzle off and take the scabs off again.

She now has her muzzle firmly tied to her collar .

She wants to play and run but we have to limit her to slow walk down the drive and she's leashed and tied when not in her crate.

I need to get her some chew toys etc to keep her occupied.

Our family has been so overwhelmed with the kindness and generosity shown to our family and Lily .

It has been a emotional and exhausting time with more to come but the support shown to our family has made it all the more bearable

    Thank you again xxx

    HI everyone

Our beautiful Lily is home and resting.

she has been so brave .

The wound is holding together and so far the skin seems relatively healthy.

She is going for regular bandage changes and wound checks .

She is still on a medley of pain relief drugs, antibiotics etc

She has her good and bad days.

I am sleeping in the lounge with her whist she is crate bound ,she has separation anxiety and cries when she cannot see me .

I Have been home with her since the accident and will be home another week while she heals.

She was sore yesterday and was crying and yelping a lot ,she is back to the vet this morning which is a relief after yesterday.

Your donations mean everything to Lily and our family .

We get to keep her going and help her be strong .

THANK YOU ,THANK YOU ,THANK YOU :)
