Please help us raise the founds to lighten the terrible burden that death brings for a grieving family.
Canterbury
Shortly after lockdown this year, Christine's beloved partner, Craig found out that he had terminal cancer. At the time he was told his life expectancy was approximately two months. The cancer was very aggressive and amazingly they got through to two days after Christmas before Craig lost his battle. Because of the aggressiveness of the cancer and the fact that it was also in his brain, there wasn't the ability to have a funeral plan or other prep put in place. Thus now there is so much to do and cover.
Craig, Christine, James and Emma (Christine's children), have endured so much over this year. They really did fight hard as best they could with what little time that they had. There have also been a number of amazing people who have helped in any way that they could.
Death is traumatic for all involved no matter how or when it happens.
I am reminded of, 'many hands make light work.' So too, when many people, put in for a large cost, the burden is lightened significantly. Please consider helping to make light of the costs for Christine and her family during this time. It would be nice to bless them and help them back up onto their feet in this small way.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
I am a close friend of her and her family
Our goal is $15,000 to cover all funeral costs and help lighten the burden and cost of things for Christian and her family during this time. If we exceed our goal any extra funds will go towards helping Christine with her family and business, needs/dreams
