Gussy needs surgery ASAP! help us get our loved boy on the road to recovery

So our family dog Gussy suffers from a case in dogs called OCD (Osteochondritis dissecans) which is an extremely painful joint disease caused by rapid bone development. The bones grow but are to big so chunks of cartilage break off into his shoulder and rub around and create friction, the painful part is the cartilage is still growing day by day making it more and more painful for gussy to get around. He has already had one surgery done on one shoulder which set us back a lot and he now urgently needs the other one done. He is in a lot of pain and is a high energy border collie pup who needs to get it out of his system so been in agonising pain doesn't help. We are a family who are prideful and don't like asking for help at all and is completely a last resort and feel so bad for asking but we really do need help to get gussy back to health. Even a small amount goes a long way!
