Fundraising for a hand controlled car for Hannah Moore, age 17, who has Cerebral Palsy.

Taranaki

Hannah is a courageous and determined person. She has faced the challenges of living with Cerebral Palsy (CP) with an amazing strength and attitude. In March 2017 she achieved the milestone of passing her learners licence and is ready to start on the path of independence that most girls her age already have, frustratingly for her she hasn't yet been able to experience driving in any form. For this to be a possibility, she needs to have a specially designed hand controlled car to learn and drive in. As her CP is not covered by ACC there is no funding easily available for her to start this journey. Any donations towards this would be so appreciated and would have a lifelong impact on Hannah's life.

Family of Hannah Moore's involvement (page creator)

Hannah is my niece and I have seen the frustrations, courage and determination that has got Hannah this far. I would love for this next step in her journey to be one of excitement and independence.

Use of funds

All funds will be used to buy a suitable car with a hand control kit for Hannah to start learning to drive in.
