Hi, I’m Rāh — and this is for my fluffy Muscovy young adults , chicks, and the dream they’ve helped hatch.

Dangerous Living Situation

I live with several ducks — including FluffButt, a bonded duckling I rescued and raised — in an environment that’s become unlivable due to a landlord who refuses to maintain the property, ignores repeated health and safety issues, and has even interfered with essential services like power.

⚠️ Rats are destroying the walls.

⚠️ My coop was overrun due to landlord negligence.

⚠️ I’ve lost ducklings. Mold, broken water access, and foul-smelling drainage are constant.

⚠️ The landlord is unlicensed and breaking tenancy laws — and I’m fighting to get him caught, but I can’t do it alone.

I’m trying to raise $5,000 to:

• Secure safe, animal-friendly housing for me and my ducks.

• Build a new mobile duck coop and recovery space.

• Get legal assistance or reporting support to hold this landlord accountable for unlawful behavior.

• Rebuild the homestead dream I’ve been fighting for — where animals live free, and people heal with them.

This isn’t just about me — it’s about giving innocent animals the chance to thrive without fear, illness, or neglect.

FluffButt was nearly lost due to the conditions here. I’ve done everything I can to protect these birds, but I’m exhausted and trapped in a system that’s failed both me and them.
