I am committed to completing a Dry July challenge to raise funds for the Kerr family. 9 year old Harriet is recovering from Brain Surgery.

For an entire month I will be taking up the challenge of “Dry July”... & anyone who knows me will know this is indeed a good challenge for me as I do tend to like a drink or 2 or 3 or more!! 🥂😁🤣

I am doing this with the hope of raising some funds to offer support to an amazing family who have had a lot to endure recently, our good friends the Kerrs. Cass & Gav’s only child, 9 year old Harriet, was diagnosed as having a brain tumour and has just undergone surgery to have it removed. They have all been incredibly strong and brave and are so deserving of any financial assistance that can be raised to help them after all they’ve been through and the on-going rehab and monitoring that will continue from here.

So please please if you are able to sponsor me for this purpose I am resolved to complete Dry July!

We are friends with the Kerrs and Harriet (aged 9) has just had surgery for a brain tumour to be removed. We want to give some love and support through financial assistance. I will complete the challenge of giving up drinking - doing a “Dry July” for this fundraiser.

Use of funds

The funds raised are to be gifted to the Kerr family as a gesture of support. This is to let them know we care and are inspired by their brave, honest and positive approach to the major event of Harriet’s brain surgery.
