Harry's International Volleyball Quest

Hi my name is Harry Coltman I am 17 years old and in my last year of schooling at Nelson Boys College. Last year I was chosen by Volleyball New Zealand to travel to Iran to play for my country. It was a challenge to find the money for this trip but I was supported by my family and by the Rotary Club of Rutherford Nelson. The trip was important for me and has encouraged me to keep pursuing my involvement in Volleyball at a National level.

This year I am hoping to be selected for the New Zealand team that will travel to Florida in the United States of America. I have been working in the weekends and also fundraising with my regional team in order to attend the lead up events to the main trial that will take place in Palmerston North at Easter. If I am selected in the National team I would travel to the States in July of this year. Raising the large amount of money that is required to attend local tournaments and travel internationally two years in a row has been difficult for our family. Any help that you are able to provide me would be so appreciated.
