About us
The Kapiti U.S.Marines Trust established in 2010 promotes the collection, conservation and exhibition of WWII U.S.Marines’ history in Kapiti.
We tell the story of the ‘friendly invasion’ of U.S.Armed Forces in NZ between 1942-44 for future generations.
Use of funds
Money donated will also allow us to update our website with many of the photographs obtained.
It will also allow us to promote the collection to the public by way of local events.
