Fundraiser to compete in Manu Korero

$1,500 donated
Given by 16 generous donors in 24 days

Our students will be competing in Manu Korero in Napier - a long way from Christchurch and need your support

Nationwide

This year two St Thomas' students, James Kerr and Te Aotahi Rice-Edwards, won regional Manu Korero speech competitions and St Thomas' once again won the top school award (for the Canterbury region).

This win provides the students and the school the opportunity to compete at the National Manu Korero speech competitions in Napier on the 23rd-25th of September.

However with great opportunities come great expenses.

Accordingly we are seek sponsors/funders anyone with a generous heart and some spare change to support us in getting 20 plus boys and teachers to Napier in four weeks time.

All up it comes to $14,500.00

If you are able to help we can offer you:

1) Acknowledgement of your support in the media (including the Fairfax article that is being prepared currently about the school and the students achievement)

2) Display of your logo and mention of your support through the schools newsletters, website etc. as well as through our Facebook page and our whanau networks.

3) We will also acknowledge our sponsors in a newspaper advert.

4) Cultural performance/Hangi to suit you
