Hawkes Bay Relief Drive
Hawkes Bay | RSE Relief Drive
Auckland
New Zealand has been severely impacted first from the Auckland Anniversary storm and Cyclone Gabrielle two weeks later.
Pacific EDNZ has launched the Pasifika RSE Relief Drive to help collect donations to procure supplies to assist our Pacific RSE communities in the affected regions. Many of the workers have left their families in the islands to seek an opportunity to work in the horticulture sector in NZ, and now are left with only the clothes they were wearing before the floods took everything from them.
Join us as we help provide clothes, food, connection, and other supplies our community needs as we rebuild the regions together.
PEDNZ's involvement (page creator)
Pacific EDNZ has been working in the regions along with the RSE Employers and the working community from the islands. We felt the need to be here for the RSE community and ensure their needs, cultural, spiritual, and overall wellbeing is supported.
Use of funds
Your donations will be used to procure, purchase more specific items our RSE community needs, as well as transporting the supplies. We will also use the donations to help connect our the RSE workers to their families back in the islands & more.
