Thank you to everyone that has helped over the last month in donating funds and supplies to send down to our communities in the Hawkes Bay. As the monumental task of rebuilding the region continues, all of your contributions have been immensely important to helping us deliver supplies.

Thank you all and please continue to follow us on www.facebook.com/rsereliefdrive page for more of our activities and updates!

    Hi Team

Our Auckland team has managed to deliver the 1st round of supplies to our Hawkes Bay Pasifika RSE Community, leaving at 12:30PM Tuesday 21st Feb 2023, arriving on Wednesday morning 9AM, 22nd Feb 2023.

Due to the road closures, the only route to the Hawkes Bay was via Palmerston North. Taking nearly 12 hours to arrive just in Palmerston North, the team were lucky to find a bed in Palmy to rest up for the final leg of their journey.

Arriving in Riverbend where nearly 400 RSE workers have called home, showered, eat and get some time to relax, the workers were very happy to see our truck to roll in with supplies.

The 1st load of supplies included over 1.5 tons of food and water, and 100KG of soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, mouthwash, tooth brushes, and 1 ton of new towels, shoes, socks, pants, underwear, blankets, and other items.

We much more to ship this week and with your help, will be able to get these supplies to them!
