I have created this page for my dad who was diagnosed with a terminal illness - Pancreatic Cancer in February 2016.

Any funds raised will go toward helping my dad, his partner Donna and their two dependent children meet their living costs and do special and memorable activities at this precious time as well as support for my dad to get other forms of treatment that NZ Government doesn't fund.

I am involved because I want to help raise funds for my dad who is dying from cancer.

On average, fundraisers pay just 2% to use Givealittle. This is one of the lowest effective fees in New Zealand fundraising. We charge a 5% platform fee to cover the cost of running the platform. Haydon looks much more healthier and bigger in this photo than he does now. Am glad him and his whanau were able to enjoy watching live the Warriors win in Auck. Hope your dad's next round of chemo is a lot more kinder on him than the last round was. Even better would be if the NZ health dept would subsidise alternative cancer treatment and if the Cancer Society would help terminal cancer sufferers financially along with giving them pamphlets, referrals and whatever else they provide which hopefully includes subsidising research. We will keep supporting your father the best we can in whatever way we can. Kia kaha.
