Heart ablation for Raj Deo

Raj Deo has been a heart patient for the past 25+ years, and recently his condition has been getting worse. He is from Fiji, and there is no treatment for him there. He has a heart condition known as SVT, which, when triggered, results in a palpitating heartbeat where his heart suddenly starts to race over 200 beats per minute. It used to occur at least once a month when it started, but over the years, his condition has worsened. Right now, it occurs several times a day, which affects all his daily activities, making him bedridden often. He came from an extremely poor family background with minimal education, yet he has worked extremely hard in all these past years to provide for his whole family. Due to working in extremely dusty conditions as a machinist in a timber yard, his health gradually deteriorated over the years. According to doctors, his SVT condition is genetic. He is a 59-year-old man who wants to live a peaceful life amongst his children and grandchildren in NZ, but his health is making it impossible for him to get a visa. Last month, I got him all the necessary tests, and the doctors have told us that his heart doesn't have any blockages and is all healthy, except for that SVT condition, for which there is no treatment in Fiji. I checked with NZ hospitals, which would cost me over $100K, therefore, India is the cheapest option I have. He has done so much for me and his family over the years, and now it's my turn to take care of my parents.
