46 year old Rajnesh Singh of Nadi, Fiji requires Kidney transplant. He is a father of 3 and also supports is Mum and younger brother who is handicapped. There is only one income earner in the family who is his Wife. He is currently on dialysis which costs him $750 per week.

The kidney transplant can not be done in Fiji so they have to go to India with a donor which will cost them around USD $25k.
